Soupy (수피) is a great little restaurant located upstairs (Building A) in La Festa. I recently visited for brunch and was very impressed. This bar is a little hidden gem in Ilsan. They only have a Korean name 지느러미 빠 (Jineureomi Bar) which I think would translate into Fin Bar in English. It has a picture of a fish tail on the sign. Perhaps when looking at it from the outside it may look like a fish restaurant but... Continue Reading →
